HOW I RECOVERED INCREDIBLY FAST FROM ACUTE SEVERE LOWER BACK PAIN

If you know me or have read some of my blog posts, you probably notice that I use the same few words often: awesome, super thankful, appreciate, honored, lucky, proud and grateful. I probably need to broaden my vocabulary, but I really like these words and this is how I feel about everything in my life. I am a simple person, I don’t need much and I look for the good in all situations. I am thankful for my family and a profession that I am very passionate about. I don’t care much for fancy things, but I do care about making a positive difference in other’s lives and I get to fulfill that daily as a dad and a Sports Chiropractor. SHOEICIDE – KILLING YOUR FEET IN AN EFFORT TO LOOK REALLY GOOD!

HERE ARE SOME TIPS ON HOW TO PREVENT HIGH HEEL SHOEICIDE Minimize the time spent in high heels – Yes, heels do look great and I know it is not realistic to tell someone not to wear them. However, minimizing the time in them will help to prevent foot pain. If you have to wear them try to do it when you are going to for short periods. I’m not here to sell CrossFit to you, I am an overall fan of fitness because of the physiological benefits plus the health and mental clarity that it brings. I believe that we all need to

Over-pronation results in a constant tugging of the attachment site. Inflammation then results from this constant insult to the local tissues. When the patient is off-weight bearing, scar tissue begins to repair the site of injury. When the patient resumes weight-bearing, the scar tissue is torn resulting in acute pain. This explains why patients with this disorder typically experience the most pain when they get out
