IN ORDER TO PREVENT INJURIES, IT IS NECESSARY TO ENHANCE ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING AND RECOVER FROM AN INJURY.
We have studied biomechanics and strength and conditioning (CSCS) and use our background to design training programs unique for each patient’s condition and goals. We carefully select the most effective stretches and exercises to help improve athletic performance, speed up recovery time, stabilize the affected area and lead to long lasting results.
